In addition to artillery and 4.2 mortar support, FSB Hill 4-11 had an 81mm mortar. The support of this mortar was provided by the Weapons Platoon of the infantry company that was currently providing security on the fire support base. Notice "B 3/1" is engraved the cement base.

FSB Hill 4-11 also had two "Dusters" that provided additional security and fire support. One of the Dusters was destroyed when it hit a mine on the road to Quang Ngai in October of 1970. One soldier was killed and five were wounded in this incident.

Here's a shot of one of the Quad-50s. This one was called the "Pea-Bringer." They were usually mounted on the back of a "Deuce and a Half" truck so they could be quickly moved from one area of the Hill to another.
